This exercise will give us a head start for our upcoming counseling session.<\/p>\n\t    <\/div>\n\t  \t    <div class=\"tab-pane\" id=\"tab9\" role=\"tabpanel\">\n\t      <p>You'll have a 1:1 counseling session with Cliff, a career counselor, former recruiter, and veteran of the job-search game. Together, you'll review your career story and identify your strengths, skills, interests, values, and barriers to success in the discovery process.<\/p>\n\t    <\/div>\n\t  \t    <div class=\"tab-pane\" id=\"tab10\" role=\"tabpanel\">\n\t      <p>By the end of the call, you and Cliff will determine next steps, which may involve a follow-up coaching appointment, a \u201chomework\u201d assignment, or transitioning to on of our resume services.
