We\u2019ll send you a worksheet and facilitate an open-ended discussion to help you think through your career influences, key life events, and current conflicts that have shaped your core beliefs.<\/p>\n\t    <\/div>\n\t  \t    <div class=\"tab-pane\" id=\"tab184\" role=\"tabpanel\">\n\t      <p>Next, we\u2019ll review your work history, education, and achievements by walking through your resume (or LinkedIn profile), to understand your decision-making, the stories you\u2019re telling yourself, and how well these stories are serving you.<\/p>\n\t    <\/div>\n\t  \t    <div class=\"tab-pane\" id=\"tab185\" role=\"tabpanel\">\n\t      <p>Awareness of personal values is critical to healthy decision-making. We\u2019ll provide you with a fun exercise to identify and prioritize your values, that is, what do you care about most when it comes to finding work and is there any conflict between your values that\u2019s getting in the way?<\/p>\n\t    <\/div>\n\t  \t    <div class=\"tab-pane\" id=\"tab186\" role=\"tabpanel\">\n\t      <p>Confidence comes from knowing what you have to offer. We\u2019ll revisit the story of your work history to parse through your experience and figure out what you do well, what you enjoy doing, and what you should stay away from.<\/p>\n\t    <\/div>\n\t  \t    <div class=\"tab-pane\" id=\"tab187\" role=\"tabpanel\">\n\t      <p>We\u2019ll go over the kinds of work tasks, industries, careers, and people you are drawn to, in order to identify possible career paths you can begin to research, using some tools we\u2019ll provide.<\/p>\n\t    <\/div>\n\t  \t    <div class=\"tab-pane\" id=\"tab188\" role=\"tabpanel\">\n\t      <p>In our final session, we\u2019ll synthesize the results from our previous work together and produce a branding statement (or two) aimed at your newly defined objective.
